Priyal and Monil Shah’s wedding celebration expressed their exuberant personalities. Ranging from a sleek neon cocktail party to a regal phera ceremony – this Jaipur-based wedding was captured by WeddingSutra Favorite – The Wedding Saga.

Wedding Planning
Wedding Photographers, The Wedding Saga, was a pivotal part of Priyal and Monil’s journey as they took the plunge. As the couple celebrated their union, the team was always in the midst, capturing the duo at their spontaneous best. Be it candid moments of sheer joy, heartfelt emotions or stylised portraits – the photography team aced at it all.

Wedding Functions
Sundowner
Hosted on the palace’s rooftop, the white-hued sundowner celebrations looked striking against the dramatic sunset sky. Vintage bulbs, cutwork lanterns and white drapes adorned the venue as the couple made a stylish entry with cold pyros.

Cocktail Party
The cocktail party embraced futuristic glamour with neon lights, chrome decor elements and witty neon signage. A seven-person DJ set had everyone grooving while spontaneous dance-offs between the bride and the groom’s side added to the thrill of the evening.

Haldi
Priyal shares, “For the haldi, we embraced traditions with an all-yellow decor interspersed with orange hues. The rituals were joyful as everyone was at their playful best! Plus, the heritage architecture amplified the beauty of the decor.”

Sangeet
Priyal shares, “It was a night of dazzling lights and personalised performances where Monil stole the show with his unique act. Meanwhile, my performance showcased our journey of love. The light green decor, flashing lights and the vast stage added to the glamour.”

Carnival
Priyal recollects, “The carnival was all things pastel and jam-packed with global cuisines, interactive games and awe-inspiring acts. We arrived atop a convertible vintage car and were welcomed by carnival dancers. Later, Monil and I also performed on the quirky printed dancefloor.”

Wedding
For the big day, the couple held nothing back as they orchestrated a stunning regal wedding. Priyal made a breathtaking bridal entry with jharoka-shaped arches sheltering the aisle. Before her, Monil made an enthusiastic entry with a lively baraat. As the varmala ceremony unfolded, it was a picture-perfect moment with dancers, fireworks, and the palace illuminated beautifully against the night sky.

Bollywood Gala
Aptly named as ‘First Day, First Show’, the Bollywood gala was a heartfelt event where the guests gathered to watch their clips of the wedding and the raw emotions that were expressed during the pivotal moments.

Reception
For the last of their wedding festivities, the couple decided to host an opulent reception in Mumbai where they danced and mingled freely with their extended family and friends. Suspended gold sequins, elaborate arches and monochrome prints adorned the venue.
