Wedding Planning
Choosing the quaint boutique venue of Amita Rasa in Bangalore, the couple turned to the team of Best Day Ever by Deepika Shetty for the planning and execution of their wedding. Reflecting on the experience, they share “Our main challenge was orchestrating the perfect decor at Amita Rasa while preserving and enhancing its existing beauty and charm. Team Best Day Ever by Deepika Shetty patiently listened to and incorporated all our very detailed ideas for all the different elements we wanted, including designing things around our desire to incorporate bonsai as table centerpieces. They also advised us on where our vision was falling short, and how it could be elevated with just the smallest touches.”
Wedding Functions
Pre-wedding Dinner
An intimate gathering of the couple’s close friends and family, the Pre-wedding Dinner was imagined with the minimal decor of marigolds and fairy lights for a cozy, warm setting. The guests mingled, got their hands painted with henna, and enjoyed delicious drinks and food.
Haldi
Hosted at the bride’s residence, the Haldi morning unfolded with lively exuberance! Bright yellow marigolds and lush greenery lit up the earthy space with their charm, as friends and family gathered around the radiant bride to anoint her with turmeric and shower her with blessings. Nisha opted for a soothing white lehenga for the ceremony, after which she changed into a mustard saree for other pre-wedding rituals.
Sangeet
Brimming with love, laughter, and delicious cocktails, the Sangeet function unfolded in the stunning amphitheater space of Amita Rasa. Elegant floral arrangements and candle votives encircled the center stage with a touch of festive grace, where the evening’s entertainment came alive with warm speeches and memorable performances.
Wedding
A vision of sacred tranquility, the Wedding ceremony was framed against the striking stone architecture of the property’s iconic Mantap venue. Delicate garlands of white and pink blooms softly accentuated the intricate carvings of the structure. At the same time, mattresses and cushions lined the surrounding steps for the guests, providing them with an amphitheater-style view of the proceedings. The bride and groom united in a heartfelt ceremony, filled with moments of family love and warm traditions.
