With months of speculation surrounding their nuptials that set many news outlets on edge, it has finally been confirmed that Telugu superstar and Bollywood heartthrob Rana Daggubati will be tying the knot with his fiance Miheeka on 8th August, 2020.
A year that has witnessed many wedding plans being postponed due to the pandemic, this celebrity wedding comes in as a ray of hope for many other couples who’ve put their plans on hold. According to industry insiders, the nuptials will be hosted at a plush venue in Hyderabad where the safety of the guests will be of prime importance. In all likelihood, the wedding will be an intimate affair and adhere to the norms set in place by the authorities. And, being the owner of a wedding decor and design company, paving the way ahead at the helm is the bride herself and her mom, the exceptionally talented Bunty Bajaj who’re currently amidst discussions with a team of highly creative vendors who’ve been cherry-picked to create a wedding that is bound to set the bar high and inspire many of us.
Engaged in May this year, the couple announced their official Roka on Instagram by posting stunning pictures of the close-knit ceremony. Hosted at the Ramnaidu Studios, which is Rana’s grandfather’s memorial in Hyderabad, the duo opted for minimalistic decor which consisted of local tuberoses, rudraksha and baby’s breath blooms that were suspended from a tree while the guests lounged on rustic cane furniture. Previously, Miheeka also grabbed headlines with her stunning bridesmaid style as she celebrated her businessman brother, Samarth Bajaj’s wedding to Sasha Rawal hosted at the famed Shangri-La Barr Al Jissah Resort and Spa located in Oman.
For us, the 8th of August can’t come soon enough as we wait with bated breath to feast our eyes on their gorgeous nuptials.
