A pre-wedding shoot in Goa that highlights the coastal beauty of India!
Pre Wedding Photoshoots - Oct 16, 2018
With its palm fringed beaches, golden sand and a beautiful blend of Indian and Portuguese culture – Goa is often considered synonymous with high spirits and fun-filled escapades. But Jatin and Lashika’s pre-wedding shoot captured by WeddingSutra Favourite – Dipak Studios at W Goa unfolds Goa’s hidden beauty and proves that this tropical paradise can also be a serene, romantic hideaway.
How We Met
“We met when our profiles were exchanged in a matrimony set-up. It was the 4th of February 2018 and while he was definite about me being ‘the one’, I wasn’t so sure. Little did I know my opinion would soon change. At our second meeting, hours felt like minutes and those endless conversations were magical!”
The Pre-wedding Shoot
“We wanted something out of the ordinary and the W Goa looked like the ideal destination. To say our experience was amazing would be an understatement. Their plush and stylish accommodation proved our decision couldn’t have been better! And as for the shoot, even though waking up early was a task, the excitement just kept us going. From changing our attire almost every 2 hours to trying different poses and just going with the flow, it was a rollercoaster of fun!”
Each frame manages a cinematic quality and the couple shared some gorgeous moments of love and laughter against the idyllic surroundings skillfully captured by Dipak Studios. “If anyone asks which was the most memorable part of the shoot, I’d say the stupid (but funny) pranks that deepened our bond,” says Lashika.
“We recently tied the knot and staying true to the cliché, our Big Fat Punjabi Wedding was truly dhamakedaar! As for our honeymoon, we plan to travel across New Zealand, Australia and of course, our dream destination, Bora Bora for a glorious 33 days!”
