Enter the world of bespoke wedding invitations by Radhika Pitti Studio
Wedding Invitations & Stationery - Mar 30, 2020
Founded by Radhika Pitti in 2014, this eponymous Hyderabad-based brand specializes in designing and printing bespoke wedding invitations. With an in-depth understanding of design and aesthetics, her team is famed for their attention to detail as they bring creative ideas to life with a host of invitation services. Radhika shared interesting insights about what goes into creating a wedding invitation, as well as the services that Radhika Pitti Studio offers.
Initial interaction
All of their client meetings take place through appointments. The first appointment is dedicated to getting to know the couple and their story. A wedding invite is the very first glimpse of the couple’s wedding celebrations, and speaks a lot about their personalities and tastes. Post an interactive session, the clients are invited to walk around and go through their previous card designs to get an insight of the work, services and techniques.
Understanding Clients Requirements
Radhika shares, “Today, more and more couples are taking the reins into their hands, as opposed to earlier, when most of the wedding planning, including the invitations, was taken care of by the elders of the family. A growing majority today wants to do away with clichéd ideas and bring their own styles and vision into their invitations, and we strive to do just that. After getting a fair idea of their vibe, we determine what each couple envisions their cards to be. While some come prepared with very distinct visions, most seek inspiration and ideas which gives us a wider scope to exercise our creativity.”
Design Process
After a thorough discussion with the client, a brief is produced which helps to create mood boards and intricacies of the design elements. This process takes about 3-4 days. A follow-up meeting helps determine and finalize the design and details approved by the client, after which a week goes into creating the final design.
Delivery
At the final stage, the text as well as quantity is frozen, and before the production, a digital dummy is presented to the client for approval in order to incorporate any final changes. A week later, the invitations are ready to be distributed to guests. Constantly perfecting their craft, Radhika Pitti Studio offers a wide range of services across the board such as wedding invitations, ‘Save the Date’ reminders for WhatsApp, Wardrobe Planners, In-room collaterals (Welcome letter/ Thank You note/ Hamper note/ Itinerary/ Key card jacket/ Door tags/ Hangover kits), Bar / Venue/ Airport signages/ Quirky sayings/ Photo Booth props, and more.
